We recommend that you use the latest version of one of the following browsers:

  • Google Chrome
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Apple Safari

Glossary

Browser is the application you use to access websites.

Operating system is a collection of programs that enable the computer's hardware and the programs installed on the computer to work together.

Device can be a phone, computer or tablet.

Follow these steps to make sure that your browser is updated

  1. Test your browser version

This site tells you what browser version you have in the format of "You're using X", where X is your browser version.

    Test your browser version (whatsmybrowser.org)

  2. Download or update browsers from the suppliers

If you have another browser or an older version than one of the ones we recommend, you can download or update it here.

    Google Chrome
    Microsoft Edge
    Mozilla Firefox
    Apple Safari

Why do I need to have an updated browser?

New versions of browsers are generally the most secure and reduce the risk of intrusion or other types of security threats.

Keep in mind that you also need to have an updated operating system.

We do not recommend using older versions of browsers and operating systems, as they do not always support the functionality and security of our websites and the Internet Bank. Sometimes we stop supporting older, outdated versions.

New versions of browsers are tested by us to ensure they work well with our websites and the Internet Bank, but not always immediately after the release of new versions.
